Built in 1964, the Port-Royal, with its 33 floors, was until recently, the highest residential building in Montreal. The residential complex is located in the heart of downtown Montreal, near the legendary Ritz-Carlton Hotel, the famous Holt-Renfrew. and within walking distance of the Museum of Fine Arts and of McGill and Concordia universities.
