Lofts Redpath is a residential project which consisted in the recycling of the site and the historic buildings of Redpath Sugar, one of the most important Canadian industries. The project was realized in three different phases and includes the arrangement(development) of an inner courtyard and a private marina. The project includes 130 residential units and about 20 commercial spaces for businesses and offices.
