District Griffin is a new residential project in old Griffintown, steps away from downtown and Old Montreal. District Griffin will feature 1,375 residential units, including affordable social and family housing, as well as a 150 room Alt hotel, 200,000 square feet of office space and 130,000 square feet of business space. The entire project will occupy four rectangles between Wellington, Smith,Peel, de la Montagne , Young, Shannon and Murray streets.
