O'Nessy Condos is a new real estate project including a 15-story building housing 131 condominiums in its first phase. The proposed units are 345-1180 p.c.
The project is located in the site of the former Asile des vieillards des petites sœurs des pauvres, built in 1892, on top of the St-Jacques cliff, and occupied by the congregation until 1956. Some of these heritage buildings are are still present.
The project is a short walk from the Canadian Centre for Architecture, Concordia University, Dawson College and LaSalle College, the Montreal Children's Hospital, and to the most important shopping street in Montreal, Rue Sainte -Catherine. Guy-Concordia and Atwater metro stations.
