O'Nessy Condos is a new real estate project including a 15-story building housing 131 condominiums in its first phase. The proposed units are 345-1180 p.c. The project is located in the site of the former Asile des vieillards des petites sœurs des pauvres, built in 1892, on top of the St-Jacques cliff, and occupied by the congregation until 1956.
