This beautiful seven-story concrete edifice, built in 2005, offers 84 residential loft-style apartments. These units are characterized by the presence of a mezzanine living area, by high windows and by ceilings of either 10 or 12 feet in height. The style of the units is somewhere between the real New York style loft and adapted loft-style apartments. The residential project stems from an old factory building built by Paris Star, a garment manufacturer which has relocated elsewhere in the city.
