The Quais de la Commune
Developed in five successive phases between 1996 and 2004, The Quai de la Commune complex, boasts a total of 350 units that helped breathe new life into an entire sector of Montréal's historical quarter of Faubourg des Recollets, starting with the transformation of an early-20th-century building into 81 lofts. The Quai de la Commune is the recipient of a DOMUS award. Located on Des Sœurs-Grises Street, near De la Commune Street.
