The L.O. Grothé
Originally built in 1906, the LO Grothé building was first used by a manufacturer of cigars and tobacco, then became a clothing shop. In 1983-84, the Department of Cultural Affairs of Quebec,
with the help of architects Riopel and Walsh, renovated and transformed the building into residential condominiums, while retaining its structural character. This historic building is protected by the Law on Cultural Properties.
Located near the Quartier des spectacles, a metro station and all services of the mythical Saint-Laurent Boulevard, and downtown
